    My reservation was a total mess from the start! Even though I booked for four people, they only had me down for two adults, causing a huge hassle at check-in. I had to argue with the staff to correct this mistake, and they still didn't include my children for breakfast. To top it off, the room was not clean-there were trash cans filled with garbage and no towels provided. It was unacceptable!

    We don't remember the exact dates, but we have stayed in this hotel multiple times with never a hitch or a glitch. The service and the location are first-rate. If you have ever spent an evening in a dead hotel with nothing but the TV, you will appreciate the wonderful live music ambiance in the atrium, well-populated by both hotel guests and locals. It is special. The atrium?! Don't worry. You have an outer and an inner door blocking all the music and ambient noise when you are ready to sleep, a design most hotels should envy. We love the pool and exercise areas.

    The Crowne Plaza Hotel Monterrey, An Ihg Hotel had excellent amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, with made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries, which fueled us for our active days. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
